Cospito has always been involved in the defense of other revolutionaries who are the victims of repression, all across the world. His struggle concerns all detainees, remembering the three Red Brigades for the Construction of the Combatant Communist Party militants who were imprisoned in 41 bis for more than 17 years.

Alfredo had been incarcerated for ten years without interruption; up to his transfer to Unit 41 bis, he was housed in High Security. He was accused of several explosive attacks and subversive association for the aim of terrorism in 2016 while taking part in Operation Scripta Manent.

He has been making articles, editorial projects, and ideas for the global anarchist. As a result, he received numerous censors and was punished for publishing the anarchist daily “Vetriolo” and the revolutionary anarchist magazine “KNO3.”
