However, their relationship later got ended as Miller wanted to marry and formalize the relationship but the actress wasn’t ready at that time. He alongside Ruben Serrato published a book named The Handbook of Nanotechnology: Business, Policy, and Intellectual Property Law in 2008. According to the publisher Wiley, the book describes the contentious issues related to the commercial implementation of nanotechnology. Miller was also a managing editor at Nanotechnology Law & Business.
